3 Ingredient Fresas con Crema (Strawberries with Cream)

Strawberry season is here! At least I think it is based on how inexpensive strawberries are during this time of the year.

As summer comes to an end, there is nothing better than a delicious dessert to enjoy in the evening while watching your kiddos play. My mom has been making this dessert for as long as I can remember. Not only is it delicious, but it’s a sweet reminder of my childhood.

You have probably already caught on by now that I absolutely love a simple (yet delicious) recipe. This recipe is no different.

Fresas con Crema (Strawberries with Cream)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Strawberries
  • 15 oz Crema Mexicana (Table Cream)
  • 14 oz can Condensed Milk

Directions

  • Wash strawberries, cut them to your liking, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Dump the entire 15 oz of the Crema Mexicana in the bowl, then mix strawberries in.
  • Dump about 7 oz of the Condensed Milk into the bowl, then mix all ingredients. Try the mixture, add more Condensed Milk if it’s not sweet enough. Serve and enjoy!
