Free Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga – Wednesday Classes

Prenatal yoga is a gentle form of yoga designed to support pregnant individuals in connecting with their growing and changing bodies. This class will instruct you in yoga practices like breath work and functional
movement. These practices aid in regulating the nervous system, while also teaching strengthening and relaxation techniques to help you prepare for birth.

Postpartum yoga helps combat postpartum depression, increase milk production and promotes pelvic floor health. Clients can attend these yoga classes during all trimesters of pregnancy and at least 4 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 6 weeks after a cesarean section. Infants up until they are “fast crawlers” are welcome.
