Family Yoga
Building a mindfulness practice alongside your children serves to strengthen the family bond that you already share! Join Ms. Tori and her daughter, Willow, as they guide you through yoga poses and mindfulness practices through the integration of games, stories and music.
~ All Ages ~ Every Tuesday ~ 4:00 – 4:30 ~ $20 for 2 (child and caregiver); $5 for each additional family member ~
