An eighth-generation New Mexican, Cari Davis is a mom to an adult stepdaughter, two Little Roommates, and a big, slobbery Great Dane. Her husband is a talented woodworker who lovingly and patiently crosses things off her honey-do list. As a parent of adopted children, she is passionate about educating about adoption. She is a high school English teacher and book nerd. When she’s not grading papers, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family in the warm New Mexico sun.
