Prenatal Yoga & Mom-Friendly Group Fitness in Albuquerque

Exercise during pregnancy and after birth (once cleared by your medical provider) can be an amazing way to feel confident in your changing body, get those exercise endorphins, and meet new friends. But figuring out pregnancy and postpartum modifications can be tricky.

Prenatal yoga is also an amazing way to prepare your mind and body for labor and focus on that breath work that will help you get through each contraction. And after baby is here, exercising with your baby is a great way to get in a workout without worrying about childcare or rushing home to breastfeed baby. I’ve also met some of my closest mom friends at mom workout groups!

Here is a list of fitness classes and groups in the Albuquerque area that specifically cater to moms. So go build that mom strength and meet some other mom friends!
