We’re kicking off the first episode of the year with you. Today, we’re diving into a topic that’s all too familiar this time of year—New Year’s resolutions. But here’s the twist: we’re asking, “New year, why a new me?”

For so many of us, January brings a flood of pressure to transform—be thinner, be more organized, and be everything to everyone. But today, we’re flipping the script. What if you didn’t need a ‘new you’? What if the real magic is in appreciating who you already are while setting goals that *actually* align with your life as a busy mom?

We’ll talk about ditching the guilt, creating realistic intentions, and why self-compassion might just be the best resolution of all. So grab your coffee or throw in those earbuds while you fold the never-ending pile of laundry, and let’s jump in!
