Youth Climate Summit

We are delighted you will be joining us at the 3rd Annual New Mexico Youth Climate Summit held on June 6, 2026 at Explora Museum!  Please mark your calendar for 10am-4pm, with lunch included onsite.  The summit is open to all high school students in New Mexico who are completing grades 8-12 this academic year.  We will continue to register participants for the summit on a rolling basis as space is available before the event.

Summit attendees may also choose to enter an optional Art Scholarship competition to win a $500 prize.  Art Scholarship entries must be received before May 15th.  If you submit an entry to the Art Scholarship competition, you will be notified of award status by May 22, 2026.  Scholarship recipients will be required to attend the Summit in person to collect their prize and deliver a brief statement about their artistic vision.
