One of my favorite things about living in New Mexico is being able to see for miles around me. It’s such a free, uninhibited feeling. Not to mention, our weather is perfect for eating and drinking outdoors.
So when I get a night off from mom duties, I love to sit somewhere high where I can enjoy a view of the sunset, the city lights, or the mountains.
