ABQ Mom is growing, and we’re looking for women from all areas of the Albuquerque Metro area who are ready to help us inspire, inform, and support moms right where they are.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
Social Media Content Creators (Paid)
Do you love making Reels, capturing real-life mom moments, and showcasing local spots? Our Social Media Team is all about building community through creative and engaging content. This role includes submitting a minimum of one post per month and participating in team conversations. Compensation is $25 per post, with the chance to earn bonuses and sponsored content opportunities. We’re especially looking for creators from all corners of the metro—Rio Rancho, the East Mountains, South Valley, the Westside, Santa Fe and beyond.

Writers (Paid)
If you’re a strong writer with a creative edge and a passion for producing meaningful, locally focused content, consider joining our Core Writing Team. Writers publish one article per month and receive $25 per published piece, with additional compensation for sponsored articles. You’ll have the freedom to write about what matters to you—from parenting in your part of the city to your favorite local finds. Bonus opportunities are available for top-performing content. We are looking for writers from all parts of ABQ who can become content specialists for their specific locations.
Business Development Director (Paid)
Are you a people person with a passion for supporting local businesses? This commission-based role combines sales and project management, focusing on building strong partnerships with local companies and driving advertising revenue for ABQ Mom. You’ll be responsible for the full client experience- from lead generation and pitching to contract execution and campaign follow-up. We’re looking for someone who is organized, strategic, and confident in managing multiple client accounts while delivering exceptional service.
