April Family Dance–All Ages Community Dance to Live Music

Family Dance Saturday April 25th, 10:30-12:30, hosted by NM Folk Music and Dance Society (NM FolkMADS). Family-friendly community dancing for ALL: all ages, all genders, all kinds of families, all are welcome! A caller teaches each dance–no experience needed to have fun! Enjoy a local band and 2 hours of multigenerational movement and connection! Pay what you want! Check out folkmads.org for more info. Event hosted by FolkMADS at the Albuquerque Square Dance Center. Dance terms are non-gendered and calling is kid and beginner friendly! Dances include a variety of traditional group dances such as: reels, circles, group waltzes, mixers, contras, squares, etc. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
