Pacific Rim Food Park is a family friendly outdoor venue with 5 resident food trucks (soon to be more, pending CABQ approval), including Vietnamese, Japanese, South American, Stackers burgers, and Dawn Patrol Coffee.
Open Daily from 11am – 7pm (later on weekends), families love the park where everyone can order from a different truck if they want, and the kids can run around while waiting on their orders. Shade sails, picnic tables, music, campfires some nights. And NO generators. A wonderful vibe!
