DESCRIPTION:Join us for Stories Under the Cottonwood at The Rio Grande Nature Center State Park.\nStories Under the Cottonwood is offered at 10:30am on the third Saturday of each month. \nThis is a participatory story session filled with fun natural history facts\, songs\, poems\, and stories for the tall and the small\, especially for those aged 5 to 10 years old. Children should always bring their own adult\, so they can enjoy the fun\, too!  \nAside from the Parking Fee\, there is no additional charge for this program. The Parking Fee is $5.00 per vehicle exact cash (Friends of the RGNC permit holders enter free with valid permit displayed).

It’s all about connection\, comfort\, and creating positive first experiences in the water. \nAlong the way\, you’ll explore our facility\, meet other dads\, and enjoy a playful\, supportive setting where both you and your little swimmer can feel right at home. \nCome make a splash\, make memories\, and maybe even make a few new friends!
