DESCRIPTION:Parent Journaling Club (for parents of children of any age). Journaling is often a solo act\, but in a group setting it becomes a shared creative experience. Journaling is an easy way to practice expressing your thoughts without the commitment of writing a full story or book. Just show up\, write a little\, and see where the page takes you. You’ll write\, but sharing is always optional. Truly\, no pressure to share. Our group welcomes both brand-new journalers and seasoned writers alike. \nWhat Is a Journaling Club?\nJournaling is often a solo act\, but in a group setting\, it transforms into a shared creative experience. It is an easy\, low-stakes way to practice expressing your thoughts without the pressure of writing a full story or a book. You simply show up\, write a little\, and see where the page takes you. \nA journaling club offers camaraderie and a facilitated\, exploratory space filled with writing prompts (which you can follow\, riff on\, or completely disregard). These gatherings offer a shared space for creativity and conversation\, drawing inspiration from Suleika Jaouad’s work. Each meeting finds its own rhythm—sometimes funny\, sometimes deeply reflective\, but always meaningful. \nYou will write knowing that sharing is always optional. When we do invite sharing\, the focus is entirely on the process or any new insights that surfaced for you—not on reading your exact words aloud (unless you want to). Truly\, there is no pressure.
